We’re On A Mission
The Lander Community Foundation is a local philanthropic foundation whose mission is to create a stronger community by promoting philanthropy, encouraging effective giving, and facilitating volunteerism while providing leadership on issues that are important to our community.
We support charitable organizations and offer donors easy and effective ways to give and build resources to meet future charitable needs in our community. Donors can contribute to the Foundation’s Sustainability Fund, knowing their money will be available in perpetuity to meet the most pressing community needs. We strive to connect our community. Our goal is to help strengthen nonprofit groups, by helping them to build capacity and by providing technical assistance. Our programs include presentations on topics such as development and fundraising, board development, marketing, and keeping financial records. Additionally, we are consistently building bridges and partnerships with businesses and individuals throughout Lander.
When we give, it’s important to know what change it will effect. That our impact will be felt in a measurable way. Effective giving is driven by those principles.
At LCF, we work to make sure that every hour you volunteer and every dollar you donate is maximized to the best of our abilities. We know that passion is strengthened by strategy and that making a difference is something we can measure.
